My name is Josh Wittman. Originally from the Bay Area (Santa Cruz, CA), I worked in investment banking and business strategy in New York City for 10 years before founding, then eventually selling Simeon Cloud in 2021, a B2B SaaS company. I now enjoy the creativity involved in starting new businesses, helping people, and developing processes from scratch. I graduated from Cornell University (B.S. in Applied Economics and Management), and I hold a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter.
Along with my best friends, we founded Simeon Cloud in 2021, an IT automation platform designed for enterprises to manage their cloud environments at scale. My role was Chief Operating Officer, responsible for bringing Simeon Cloud to market, including managing our sales, marketing, finance, and HR teams. We went from three co-founders to 25 employees and increased our ARR from zero to $3 million in just three years. We attracted numerous buyout offers and chose Silicon Valley’s most reputable VC fund, Insight Partners, via a “tuck-in” to their cybersecurity company, CoreView, with the deal closing earlier this year (2025).
I feel immense gratitude for where I am, the mentors who helped me along the way, and the alignment of success and abundance I have experienced. Now, I am happy to share my learnings and experience over the last few years, starting, scaling, and selling a B2B SaaS company in Silicon Valley. I have learned a great deal, and I am in Paris to advise and mentor entrepreneurs as well as make connections for them. My time, energy, and resources are available at no cost to entrepreneurs at Station F.
Fresh off a highly successful and complete business cycle, I am skilled at taking companies from zero to their first few million in ARR. I learned from the best minds in Silicon Valley, and I am passionate about building successful companies.
I learned and followed Silicon Valley’s proven roadmap to gain investment or sell a company, which begins by using “The Lean Startup” methodology, which served as the framework for many of the correct decisions we made at Simeon Cloud. Once the MVP is off the ground, I have developed additional roadmaps for success, which I learned from my experience with Simeon Cloud and from mentors and advisors.
Below is a list of business functions that I successfully created and scaled, on which I am qualified to provide expert guidance and mentorship. These functions will be part of the roadmap that we develop for your startup.

- Meet regularly to assess progress and course-correct against the roadmap
- Once progress is shown against the roadmap, companies may be considered for investment from Wittman Associates or my network of VC investors
